I'm a multidisciplinary leader with over 12 years of experience working across product, brand, and strategy. As a manager and leader I care deeply about organizational health and empowered teams.
As a designer,
my work has a generalist bent, from product management, user research, and interaction design, through brand building and positioning. I thrive when considering the end-to-end experience, whether that's software, hardware, or services.

Résumé The Atlantic—ArticlesMedia & Publishing
YEAR: 2017–2018
ROLE: Design Director
PLATFORM: Web
Tasked with redesigning our largest product: 30 million MAU’s and 2 million highly engaged users. Article pages are the primary source of revenue for the company, via ads, and it is the entry (and exit) point for the majority of users.
The product was three years old, difficult to work on, and built for a different time. It was hard (sometimes impossible) to test new ideas quickly, it did not align with the brand, and the company had ambitions to experiment with a paywall, which required a modular approach.
↳ Interview on the Responsive Design Podcast
↳ I wrote about our process on the product blog as well
